Grove Christian School partners with parents to provide a Christ-centered environment that instructs the whole student – mind, body, and spirit – through excellence in academic training that integrates education with biblical faith. Critical reasoning and effective communication skills are essential to our students’ calling as servant leaders. Partnering with Parents. At Grove, we recognize that the school functions as an extension of the Christian home. Together, we reinforce Christian values which include standards of behavior, morality, and discipline. A strong partnership between school and family based on mutual Christian values and mutual respect creates the foundation for a child’s academic success.
Hiring Great Teachers. Teaching at Grove is not a job, it’s a calling. Our team of teachers is made up of licensed and degreed professionals with experience, training, certifications – and most importantly, a love for the Lord and His children. Lesson plans are thoughtfully crafted to offer engaging instruction with meaningful assessments of learning.
Choosing a Great Curriculum. There is more to the curriculum than just textbooks. Curriculum is a combination of resources utilized to interest and engage students in the classroom. These include, but are not limited to, textbooks, technology, games, videos, classroom activities, special projects, field trips and music. At Grove, we continuously evaluate curriculum and integrate new resources to create the high quality Christian education program that parents expect.
Small Classes. We believe that small class sizes create safe spaces where children can feel comfortable to discuss openly, ask questions, and seek help when necessary. Grove provides an inclusive setting with personal attention in the classroom.
