Hiring for the 2025-2026 School Year:
Position: Guidance Counselor (Career and College Readiness Coach)
Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to provide support and guidance to students in areas of course selection, college planning, career development, and emotional well-being. This individual will work closely with students, parents, and administration to ensure that students are on track for success spiritually, academically and personally. The ideal candidate will integrate Christian values into counseling sessions, create a supportive and confidential environment for students, and collaborate with faculty and parents to promote overall student growth.
Position: Lower School Principal
Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who can demonstrate instructional leadership skills and knowledge of how to develop and implement curriculum and effective use of technology in the classroom that will provide students with an effective learning environment in the lower school. This individual must be able to evaluate, motivate and develop faculty members. The ideal candidate will integrate Christian values into daily interactions with students, school faculty/staff, and our school community.
Position: Upper School Principal

All candidates must possess the following:
- An authentic relationship with Jesus Christ and a calling to teach.
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree, education majors preferred.
- Be proficient in technology
- Have prior teaching experience
- Teacher candidates with certification and/or coaching experience will be considered a plus
