Affording Christian Education
At Grove, our tuition is all inclusive. This means that it includes tuition, textbooks, and most field trips. In order to keep tuition as low as possible, we have fees for certain programs that students pay extra to participate in. This keeps the overall cost more affordable. Participation in sports and some elective classes have additional fees associated with them and will be added directly to your account during the school year.
The Virginia 529 Plans can be used to pay K-12 private school tuition and there are tax advantages. Consult your tax professional for more information.
Fees:
- Application Fee – $95 per student
- Enrollment Fee – $300 per new student
- Technology Fee – $50
- Withdrawal Fee – 50% of annual tuition in addition to any previously paid tuition
- Late Fee – $35
- All fees are non-refundable
Payment Plans:
Grove offers five different payment methods to accommodate the varying budget needs of our school families. Tuition may be paid in the following payment plans:
- Annual (Aug)
- Semester payments (Aug and Jan)
- Quarterly payments (Aug-Oct-Jan-Apr)
- Monthly x 10 (Aug-May)
- Monthly x 11 (July-May)
